To keep any of the Aurbits stuff in tip top shape, keep moisture and grease off the metal bits.
Normal use is generally going to be fine.
To remove any manufacturing debris or for upkeep every few weeks, use an alcohol wipe on the front and back.
Consider storing your IDs in a penny sleeve, but be sure to take it out during play for the best effect!
It is recommended to keep Chaos Tokens in 25mm or 26mm coin capsules for long term regular usage.

If you've pre-ordered an item, be sure to check the estimated shipping date on your order confirmation. A pre-order is generally going to ship by the date originally estimated, but sometimes may need to be extended by a week. Check your email for updates.
If you received shipping notification but you don't know when to expect it to arrive, check your USPS tracking number. All shipments include tracking and the number should be on your order confirmation email.
If you're outside of the U.S. packages can sometimes show as not moving. This is most likely due to your local post office not scanning the package along its route. This can also be caused by customs delay.
