Mini-Portraits for Arkham Horror help keep track of player location and status. Unlike the paper mini-cards, these are very easy to pick up, flip, and move around. They are easily recognizable on the table among lots of cards, enemies, and other tokens.
The first set of Mini-Portraits are from the Dream Eaters expansion of the Arkham Horror LCG, but they can be used in any Arkham game as you see fit. Purchases of each set of portraits allow for the creation of the next, so buying them today is a vote for a new set ^_^

To keep any of the Aurbits stuff in tip top shape, keep moisture and grease off the metal bits.
Normal use is generally going to be fine.
To remove any manufacturing debris or for upkeep every few weeks, use an alcohol wipe on the front and back.
It is recommended to keep Chaos Tokens in 25mm or 26mm coin capsules for long term regular usage.

If you've pre-ordered an item, be sure to check the estimated shipping date on your order confirmation. A pre-order is generally going to ship by the date originally estimated, but sometimes may need to be extended by a week. Check your email for updates.
If you received shipping notification but you don't know when to expect it to arrive, check your USPS tracking number. All shipments include tracking and the number should be on your order confirmation email.

If you're outside of the U.S. packages can sometimes show as not moving after they hit the International Sorting Facility. This is most likely due to your local post office not scanning the package along its route. This can also be caused by customs delay.
All International packages should arrive within 30-60 days due to COVID. If it has not, please first contact your local postal service. If they cannot provide you any more information, please email me and I can look into it. If you do not contact me within 80 days after shipment, I cannot provide any more help on the matter unfortunately.
